A view from Lebanon

Can't believe it's already been a week in Lebanon. I swear not having the internet in the house for my to blog about all these things on a daily basis. I think I'm going to have to invest in some moblogging (that's equipment when I get back to England.

This has been on my mind fo a while now, but it's not until I got to Lebanon, that I can really see the use for it. I swear I could, and probably will, write volumes about my current visit.

Just a few bullet points that hopefully I'll remember to elaborate on in the future:

  • Stick shift gives you oh so much more power and control over a car than friggin automatic.
  • National sport of Saida (my home town) is WALKING!!!
  • Lebanon is struggling to find it's identity. I'm not part of the solution, I'm actually part of the problem.
  • Talking bullshit is Saida's other national sport.
  • Everyone here is very politically minded. From small(10 years old) to old(70 plus).

Also I've got a couple of e-mails from people, trust me I'll get back to everyone like I always do, once I get back. Let's hope we get a repeat of the Monaco Grand Prix this week, and see Williams on the podium again. Gooooo NiNick Heidfeld.

  • I think you fail to grasp the true meaning of Saida's first national sport. Its not actually walking but looking around to see potential wifes......bro common! I could have told you that from the last time I was down there!!

  • A view from Zurich!

    Hey there boys! Im in the Zurch Airport on my Laptop (Payed 15 Swiss francs for 2 hours of Wireless internet...thats like 10 euros i think)

    I just got off a 12hours flight from L.A. and bound to athens in about 2 hours! Swiss Air Kicks Ass!!! Had all sorts of crap to keep me occupied next to the fat snoring guy who was twitching next to me....fat bastard! got 1 hour sleep.

    Stathi Bro!!! Need to reminise! Hyundai Matrix and the Peppers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
